RK Group Powers the “One Health Laos” Campaign: Promoting Sustainable Health for All

RDK Group was honoured to lead the comprehensive five-month “One Health Laos” campaign, which promoted the interconnected health of humans, animals, and the environment within the Lao audience. Our work spanned market research, branding, marketing, and event management. We conducted both pre- and post-campaign market research, including an SBC survey, to gauge the campaign’s impact.

RDK crafted the visual identity for the campaign and maintained a dynamic social media presence for five months, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Part of our efforts was the production of a series of videos: an animation that explains the concept of One Health, a documentary featuring rangers working to protect wildlife, and an interview series capturing children’s perspectives on plastic usage, waste, and pollution.

One Health Laos Fair & Clean Up Day

We also organised the One Health Laos Fair, in Vientiane, a three-day event promoting sustainable health options, which attracted more than 1,000 visitors. On the first evening, a cooking competition was organised, gathering a semi dozen of Chefs who were challenge to cook a vegan dish with local products.

Another highlight was the Clean Up Day, where more than 900 students from across Laos joined forces to take action for the environment, making it the biggest cleanup event organised in Laos!

The event aimed to raise awareness about environmental degradation, much of which stems from littering and improper waste management. We were thrilled to see students volunteering to clean up areas in their respective provinces, showing society how small, simple actions can positively impact both our local landscapes and the broader environment.
